The goal of this program -- managed through IDA's partnership with E Squared Consulting as an IDA Approved program-- is to teach members how to analyze their garage door business results through financial statements to ensure you have adequate control over your company through understanding and managing its financial operations. By participating in this program, you can identify strengths and areas of improvement within your company. These courses cover the primary elements of accounting, information on the key numbers to watch on a regular basis and examples of how to apply those numbers to the door industry as a whole. 

These training sessions are offered through quarterly webinars and at the 2020 IDAExpo® in Salt Lake City. The learning format includes a mixture of classroom learning, interactive engagement and real-world exercises.
